Powder-based on a natural polysaccharide, derived from seaweed; propylene glycol alginate (E405). Promotes head retention.
Dissolve the powder in cold or hot water (max. 70?). When completely dissolved, add to the beer after filtration, while stirring continuously.
Dosage:
lager beers/Pils: 5-10 g/10 l
standard beers: 3-8 g/10 l
